This time i didn't Install Kaspersky Antivir. I also updated Win10 to latest Version and an optional Update. Documents to F: an SSD, and installed ETS2 on E: also an SSD. Yesterday i reinstalled Windows 10 pro completely and only installed SteamVR, Firefox, Winrar, KeePass and ETS2 the newest oculus_beta branch. Then i tried to move the Documents folder back to the C: SSD Drive but also no luck so i changed it back. I have installed ETS2 on an SSD where Windows is not installed on, then moved my Documents Folder to another SSD where Windows is also not installed. I tried to install intels chipset drivers for my motherboard, disabling HyperThreading. I also tried starting the game with mm_pool size commands what i found here in the forum but it didn't change anything. i also tried 90 hz with motion smoothing but then the framedrop is more visible then on 120hz. It runs good but the stutters every 3-4 sec still exists. I also tried disabling motion smoothing and limit the Valve Index to 80 HZ (i also deactivated openvr_interleaved_reproject). So i started a new profile with no mods but it still has the problem. Then i tried enabling Triple Buffer, Deactivated V-Sync in Nvidia Control Panel and ETS2, Set Maximum Performance in NV Control Panel but all of the options didn't help. The things i was trying is to overclock the gpu and cpu and see if i get rid of that but no luck. American Truck Simulator has the same behaviour. But every 3-4 seconds i get a short framedrop no matter where i am in the game. The other 60 frames are synthezied ones from steamvr's motion smoothing. It runs best on 2848x3168 per eye with 120hz where the game frames are limited to 60fps through uset o_openvr_interleaved_reproject "1" in ets2 config file. I am struggling to get the game run smoothly in VR.
